Bookings & Cancellations
Pick Up Policy: Party supplies will be picked up at the agreed time set during booking, and we kindly ask that everything is packed up neatly for collection.
Booking Policy: All sessions must be paid for in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid fees.
Refund policy:
- More than 7 days before the session: Full 100% refund.
- Within 7 days of the session: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund.
